Hand-roasted rosemary cashews, inspired by Marcona almonds. A savory snack with fresh rosemary and sea salt that comes together in under 10 minutes.

1 large bag full of raw cashews
1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2-1tsp sea salt
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Melt the coconut oil on a cookie sheet pan while heating oven to 400º
(You can skip that step if your coconut oil is already melted in warm climates)
Roll cashews in the coconut oil
Chop up some fresh rosemary sprigs and sprinkle over cashews
Sprinkle with sea salt to coat evenly
Roast for 5-10 minutes depending how hot your oven is
Keep an eye on them, burnt cashews are not that tasty!
