1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp homemade mayo
Heat the oven to 375º
Rub the carrots with olive oil
Sprinkle with sea salt
Roast for 30 minutes
Serve with a dollop of homemade mayo
